Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 AMβ9 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Giordano's at (630) 701-2419; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is giordanos.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 335 reviews, which is a strong result for a pizza restaurant in North Aurora and suggests consistent service.
North Aurora is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and North Aurora follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Had a great experience at this location! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The pizza had amazing flavor, and everything came out quickly. Our waitress, Arely, was outstandingβshe was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her excellent customer service made the whole experience even better. If youβre looking for great pizza and top-notch service, I definitely recommend Giordanoβs. Iβll be coming back!

Hands down the worst pizzas and customer service refund/satisfaction policy. Lets start with the order. I placed it over the phone and asked for a 540 pick up. I paid over the phone and my daughter arrived at 540 at the restaurant, the travel time home was 10 mins. Both pizzas were cold. The order 1 LARGE Double pepperoni Tavern style pizza. $28.65 Floppy crust, literally a single layer of pepperoni. A cheap Little Ceasars has as much or more pepperoni. The crust was raw and folded over in your hand. It was described as a crispy cracker crust on their website. Absolutely a terrible and cold pizza. Pizza 2. Large Tavern with Pepperoni, onion, green olive and mushroom. $28.65 This pizza was just as bad as the "double pepperoni ". Raw crust, cold and a huge disappointment. I called and talked to the manager Arely. She was pleasant and professional. She heard my complaint and told me to bring in the pizzas and she would remake them. I explained that we were celebrating a kids birthday and that wasn't possible. She agreed that the request to drive back the pizzas (which obviously had already begun being eaten by 6 people) was an inconvenience. She said it was store policy and that th

Absolutely horrible experience at Giordano's. I ordered a deep dish pizza with half cheese and half chicken/jalapeΓ±os, and the whole experience was a disaster from start to finish. First, they charged me upfront for dine-in service, which already felt strange and unprofessional. Then we waited nearly 55 minutes for the pizza. When it finally arrived, there was pepperoni sticking out on one side of the pizza even though we NEVER ordered pepperoni. When I asked about it, the staff gave one of the weakest excuses Iβve ever heard claiming it was somehow an βindicatorβ for the chef to know which side was half-and-half. That made absolutely no sense. To make things worse, the owner was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Instead of trying to fix the issue or care about customer satisfaction, he basically said there was nothing they could do and refused any refund or resolution. No apology, no accountability, nothing. I ended up walking out completely disappointed. Terrible customer service, poor attitude, ridiculous excuses, and a total waste of time and money. There are way better pizza places in Chicago that actually respect their customers. I would not recommend this location to an

Not gonna lie, I was excited... a Gio's so close to the house? Awesome. This place opened a few months ago, and I've heard very mixed reviews, everything from "this is the best ever ever ever!" to "avoid this place with every ounce of your being." so I was interested to see which experience I'd get. Sadly, it was about as far away from excellent as you can get. I placed an online order about 4pm on a Sunday. One thin cheese for my boys, one small deep dish for my wife and I. Arrived and told them my name, guy goes to get my order. To his credit, he thought the order felt a little light (weight wise). Took the pizzas to the back and comes out "oohh... there was an error. There's two thin pizzas here." The deep dish I ordered for my wife and I was a thin. I get it, things happen. I worked at a restaurant when I was younger, so I get it. They did offer to remake it, but that was another half hour etc. I indicate "you know, that's alright, just credit me the difference." That is me, being flexible and accommodating. The order I made and paid for was not correct, but I'm offering to accept it with the proper compensation. I'm told "because you made the order online, we can't
